Ah, you beat me to it.I agree that this could easily be added to the sandbox, and if it was, it would make this event a hundred times better.Story mode also means that cooking time might be more than just an animation fade.They were talking about adding these things to the game in one of the sandbox updates. Maybe it just got pushed back until the Story Mode.Now that I think of it, making cooking/harvesting more than just a fade makes perfect sense for Story Mode. If you're in a room with an NPC and wanna cook something, you get interaction time.
